McMaston Investments, Inc. was originally established in 2003. At that time the primary focus of the company was to purchase properties in need of renovation and improvements. After completion of the improvements, we were able to provide families with suitable housing they may not otherwise be able to afford.
We soon acquired vacation rental properties and were able to offer vacation rentals in desirable areas.
Out of a need for reasonable advertising costs, we decided to develop an internet web site for advertising our rental properties. As a result, we are also able to provide reasonable cost advertising for other property owners and a place for those looking to rent to find what they are looking for.
In the initial stages of the web site, we will be offering services related only to vacation rentals. Long term rental information services will follow shortly.
Our web site is currently "still under construction" and probably will be for a long time. We have plans to expand the web site to be all it can be. We would welcome any suggestions or comments from our users. Therefore, we are beginning the roll-out of our web site, by offering reduced rate advertising to owners or property managers. We hope you take advantage of this offer and utilize our services.
